Download and install Icaros at https://www.videohelp.com/software/Icaros. Scroll down until you see Download Icaros X.X.X, and then click the link.

After installing, select the Video Only Preset, or feel free to add more extensions for other files for which you want to see an icon in Windows Explorer.
